2A. Third-Party Service Providers

2A.1 The Promoter may use third-party service providers to support the operation of Promotions, including but not limited to:

  • postal handling and entry processing services
  • prize fulfilment and delivery partners
  • payment processors and verification providers
  • technology and platform providers

2A.2 Where such third parties are used, they act on behalf of the Promoter in connection with the administration of the Promotion.

  • delivering prizes
  • preventing fraud or financial crime

2A.4 The Promoter remains responsible for the overall administration of the Promotion but shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by third parties where such issues are outside of its reasonable control.

3.3 The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3.4 Entrants must ensure participation is lawful in their country of residence.

3.5 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

3.6 Entrants confirm they are acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, group, or syndicate.

6. Promotion Structure

Promotions may include the following components:

6.1 Prize Draw

A random selection process used to allocate prizes from all valid entries.

6.2 Instant Reward Outcomes

Certain entries may reveal an immediate promotional outcome. Outcomes are pre-determined at the point of Promotion setup and allocated via a randomised process.

6.3 Participation Allocation

Each valid entry provides:

  • one entry into the Prize Draw (where applicable)

and/or

  • one Instant Reward outcome (where applicable)

6.4 Equal Treatment

This structure applies equally to paid entries and valid free postal entries.

Postal entries must be in English.

Postal entries will be processed and allocated outcomes in the same manner as online entries.

The Promoter ensures that free postal entries received before the cut-off are processed in time to be included fairly and equally alongside all other entries.

The postal route is intended to provide a genuine alternative method of entry.

Entries may be disqualified where there is reasonable suspicion of:

The Promoter may reject entries submitted in bulk or generated in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

7.5 Equal Entry Treatment

Free postal entries receive the same number of entries, Instant Reward opportunities, keys, and access to Vault draws as paid entries, and are not disadvantaged in any way, including in processing time, outcome allocation, or eligibility.

8. Entry Caps and Late Entries

8.1 Maximum entry numbers will be displayed on the Promotion Page.

8.2 Once the cap is reached, entries may close.

8.3 Entries received after closing time will be disqualified.

9. Allocation of Outcomes

9.1 Outcomes are allocated based on the total number of valid entries received.

9.2 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected for a prize draw outcome.

9.3 Instant Reward outcomes are independently pre-allocated and do not influence Prize Draw allocation.

10. Prizes

10.1 Prize details are shown on the Promotion Page.

10.2 Instant Reward outcomes and draw prizes may include:

10.3 Prizes are subject to availability.
