The Raffle Town promotional platform (“Promotions”) is brought to you by Network Fantasy Holdings Limited (“Network Gaming”, the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The website is operated under the “Raffle Town” brand, which is owned by a third party. Network Gaming provides and administers the platform, systems, and all Promotions made available via the website.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all promotional prize draws, reward experiences, and related promotional features operated by Network Gaming.
These Promotions are provided for promotional and entertainment purposes only and are not intended to constitute gambling.
By entering any Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that their contractual relationship is with Network Gaming and not with the owner of the “Raffle Town” brand or domain.
1. Agreement to Terms

1.3 An online account is required for all entry methods, including postal entries, in order to administer participation, allocate promotional outcomes, and contact recipients of prizes.

2.4 Marketing and Promotion
Promotions may be advertised or promoted by third parties, including the “Raffle Town” brand and its associated channels. Such third parties act solely as marketing partners and do not operate, administer, or take responsibility for the Promotion.
2A. Third-Party Service Providers
2A.1 The Promoter may use third-party service providers to support the operation of Promotions, including but not limited to:
- postal handling and entry processing services
- prize fulfilment and delivery partners
- payment processors and verification providers
- technology and platform providers
2A.2 Where such third parties are used, they act on behalf of the Promoter in connection with the administration of the Promotion.
2A.3 The Promoter may share entrant information with such third parties where necessary for:
- processing entries
- verifying identity
- delivering prizes
- preventing fraud or financial crime
2A.4 The Promoter remains responsible for the overall administration of the Promotion but shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by third parties where such issues are outside of its reasonable control.
2A.5 Where prizes are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, delivery times and availability may be subject to those suppliers' terms and operational constraints.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3.4 Entrants must ensure participation is lawful in their country of residence.
3.5 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
3.6 Entrants confirm they are acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, group, or syndicate.
3.7 Entrants must not be restricted from participating under any applicable laws, employment contracts, or professional regulations.
4. No Purchase Necessary
4.1 No purchase is necessary to participate.
4.2 A valid online account and email address are required.
4.3 Internet access may be required to manage an account or claim prizes.
5. Promotion Period
5.1 Promotion opening and closing times are displayed on the Promotion Page.
5.2 The Promotion Period is the same across all entry routes.
5.3 The Promoter may amend opening or closing dates where necessary.
5.4 The closing date will not be extended simply to increase participation.
6. Promotion Structure
Promotions may include the following components:
6.1 Prize Draw
A random selection process used to allocate prizes from all valid entries.
6.2 Instant Reward Outcomes
Certain entries may reveal an immediate promotional outcome. Outcomes are pre-determined at the point of Promotion setup and allocated via a randomised process.
6.3 Participation Allocation
Each valid entry provides:
- one entry into the Prize Draw (where applicable)
and/or
- one Instant Reward outcome (where applicable)
6.4 Equal Treatment
This structure applies equally to paid entries and valid free postal entries.
7. How to Enter
7.1 Paid Online Entry

Entry pricing, availability, and any limits will be displayed prior to confirmation.
7.2 Free Postal Entry Route

Postal Entry Conditions
- One entry per envelope
- Entries must be handwritten
- Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified
- Entries must arrive 72 hours before closing
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Postal entries must be in English.
Postal entries will be processed and allocated outcomes in the same manner as online entries.
The 72-hour cut-off is required for administrative processing and does not disadvantage free postal entries, which are processed and allocated outcomes in a manner equivalent to online entries.
The Promoter ensures that free postal entries received before the cut-off are processed in time to be included fairly and equally alongside all other entries.
7.3 Postal Entry Fair Use
The postal route is intended to provide a genuine alternative method of entry.
Entries may be disqualified where there is reasonable suspicion of:
- third-party mailing services
- bulk mailing operations
- automated entry generation
- organised entry syndicates
- mechanically reproduced entries
The Promoter may reject entries submitted in bulk or generated in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
7.4 Personal Participation Requirement
Entries must be made personally by the entrant. Entries made on behalf of another person, or commercially on behalf of third parties, are prohibited.
7.5 Equal Entry Treatment
Free postal entries receive the same number of entries, Instant Reward opportunities, keys, and access to Vault draws as paid entries, and are not disadvantaged in any way, including in processing time, outcome allocation, or eligibility.
8. Entry Caps and Late Entries
8.1 Maximum entry numbers will be displayed on the Promotion Page.
8.2 Once the cap is reached, entries may close.
8.3 Entries received after closing time will be disqualified.
9. Allocation of Outcomes
9.1 Outcomes are allocated based on the total number of valid entries received.
9.2 Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected for a prize draw outcome.
9.3 Instant Reward outcomes are independently pre-allocated and do not influence Prize Draw allocation.
10. Prizes
10.1 Prize details are shown on the Promotion Page.
10.2 Instant Reward outcomes and draw prizes may include:
- cash
- physical prizes
- site credit
10.3 Prizes are subject to availability.
10.4 The Promoter may substitute prizes with one of equal or greater value.
10.5 A physical prize may be substituted for a cash prize if stated on the promotion or if the physical prize is not available at the time.
10.6 Physical prizes will only be shipped to entrants in the UK.

Images and descriptions are illustrative only. Specifications, suppliers, colours, or models may change due to availability.
11. Instant Reward Mechanics
11.1 Instant Reward outcomes are pre-allocated during Promotion setup using a randomised process.
11.2 Each entry is assigned a unique identifier which determines its outcome.
11.3 Online participants will see their outcome immediately.
11.4 Postal participants will receive outcomes once entries have been processed.
11.5 Visual or interactive elements do not affect the outcome.
11.6 The Promoter's system record is final.
12. Cash Prizes
12.1 Cash prizes may be credited to the platform account or paid directly.
12.2 Minimum withdrawal threshold: £10.00
12.3 Payments normally occur within 14 days of verification.
12.4 Recipients are responsible for taxes in their jurisdiction.
13. Prize Draw Allocation
13.1 Prize recipients are selected randomly from all valid entries.
13.2 Draws take place within five working days of closing.
13.3 Draws are conducted using a verifiable random process supervised by an independent person or audited system.
14. Prize Notification
14.1 Recipients will be contacted via email.
14.2 Recipients must respond within 30 days.
14.3 If a recipient fails to respond, another participant may be selected.
14.4 Physical prizes will normally be delivered within 30 days of verification.

- withholding or forfeiture of prizes

16. Conduct and Moderation
Entries containing offensive or harmful material may be rejected.
Entrants behaving abusively may be disqualified.
17. Fraud, Anti-Abuse and Fair Use

Prohibited activities include:

- multiple accounts
- false identities
Accounts involved in manipulation may be suspended and prizes recovered.
17.1 Payment Fraud and Chargebacks
Where payment used to enter becomes subject to a chargeback or dispute the Promoter may:
- suspend the account
- cancel affected entries
- withhold prizes
- recover prize value
17.2 Syndicates and Collusion
The use of coordinated group entry strategies or collusive behaviour designed to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
17.3 Technical Interference
Entrants must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Promotion platform.
17.4 Duplicate Accounts
Only one account per individual is permitted. Where multiple accounts are identified, the Promoter may:
- suspend or close accounts
- void entries
- withhold or recover prizes
18. Site Credit
Site credit:
- has no cash value
- is non-transferable
- expires after X days unless stated otherwise
Site credit may be subject to additional usage requirements as specified on the platform.
18A. Account Funding and Payment Controls
18A.1 Payments must be made using a method registered in the entrant's own name.
18A.2 Suspicious transactions may be refused or reversed.
18A.3 Limits may be applied where required for compliance.
19. Keys and Vaults
19.1 Keys are free promotional tokens with no monetary value.
19.2 Keys cannot be bought, sold, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
19.3 Keys may be awarded through valid participation, including paid and free postal entries.
19.4 Keys are tracked digitally within the participant's account.
Vault Access
19.5 Keys may be used to access Vault experiences.
19.6 Vault access may provide additional promotional opportunities including:
- entry into a Vault draw
- small promotional credit
- non-monetary digital items
19.7 Each Vault access provides one entry into a Vault draw unless otherwise stated.
Vault Draws
19.8 All valid Vault entries are included in a pooled selection process.
19.9 Recipients are selected using the same randomised method as the main Promotion.
19.10 Participation in Vault draws does not guarantee receipt of a prize.
19.11 Participation does not influence allocation in the main Promotion.
20. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Winner first name and last initial, or surname and county may be made available upon request for 3 months.
Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the Promotion.
21. Social Media Disclaimer
Promotions are not sponsored or endorsed by social media platforms.
22. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for indirect losses except where prohibited by law.
22A. Service Availability
22A.1 The Promoter does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
22A.2 The Promoter is not responsible for:
- technical failures
- connectivity issues
- device incompatibility
23. Anti-Money Laundering
The Promoter may conduct identity checks and monitor transactions to prevent financial crime.
23A. Source of Funds and Due Diligence
23A.1 The Promoter may carry out additional checks to verify the source of funds used for entries where required for compliance purposes.
23A.2 Entrants agree to provide information reasonably requested in connection with such checks.
23A.3 Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension and/or withholding of prizes.
24. Responsible Play

25. Cancellation or Modification
The Promoter may cancel or modify Promotions due to circumstances beyond its control including fraud, technical failures, or supplier issues.

25A.2 This may include voiding entries or adjusting outcomes.

26. General

Entrants breaching these Terms may be excluded from future Promotions.
26A. Intellectual Property
All content and systems are owned by or licensed to the Promoter.
27. Severability
If any provision is invalid the remainder will remain in effect.
28. Discrepancies
If promotional materials conflict with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
29A. Dispute Resolution
29A.1 Complaints will be handled internally in the first instance.
29A.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter may, at its discretion, refer matters to an independent adjudication service where appropriate.
29A.3 Nothing in this section affects the entrant's statutory rights.

31. Charity Contributions (Where Applicable)
Where a Promotion includes a charitable donation the Promotion Page will state:
- charity name
- donation mechanism
- minimum or maximum donation
Charitable donations do not affect prize allocation.
32. Promotional Seeding and Test Entries
The Promoter may seed certain promotional features for testing or marketing purposes.
Seeded entries will not unfairly influence outcomes unless clearly disclosed.
Seeded entries may be removed before the draw to maintain fairness.
33. Marketing and Promotional Statements
Promotional materials are for informational purposes only.
Nothing guarantees a prize outcome.
If any discrepancy exists between marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
